- We offer 2 solutions: Lamb Spit cooked at your premises, or cooked at our kitchen and delivered to your function 1 hour before eating time. This will save on your budget, as you wont need to cover the cost of having a dedicated chef at your premises
- Your Lamb Spit will be delivered in silver chafing trays with burners
- Salads will be delivered in salad bowls with serving spoons
- Minimum order 15 people
- Both our services are perfect for indoor and outdoor functions

Delivery/Collection Options
- Option 1: We Deliver your meal, & Collect the equipment
- Option 2: Book a waiter for 2 hours & you wont pay for collection, because your Waiter will deliver, setup, help serve, pack up, and leave with all equipment
- Option 3: We Deliver, and you return equipment to our branch in Brackenfell the following day.
About Spit Braai Delivery?
Having completed over 700 functions since 2013, Spit Braai Delivery offers a painless & stress free solution to your catering needs by providing you with a delicious meal when hosting a party or function with your friends, family and/or colleagues. Your lamb is spit roasted for a minimum of 3 hours, before we carve, de-bone & baste it with our delicious sauce. After 3 hours, the lamb is literally falling off the bone. Your lamb & baby potatoes are then placed into a silver chafing dish, while your salads/pudding get prepared & placed into salad bowls. A driver will then collect your meal from our kitchen, and deliver to you an hour before serving. Our drivers are all well trained, and will help you setup your buffet and turn the heaters on. This will ensure your meat and potatoes are hot and delicious.
