- Spit Braai on-site: A dedicated chef will arrive 4 hours before serving time, cook the whole lamb at your function venue, carve, de-bone and baste. The meat then gets placed in silver chafing trays setup like a buffet ready for dish.
- Buffet Delivery Option: We skip the dedicated chef part, and deliver/setup your meal in silver chafing trays setup like a buffet ready for dish. This option saves you the cost of a dedicated chef, transport & logistics, but you’ll miss out on the ambience of a fire of course.
