The Lamb Spit competition we ran this week went viral and we’d like to thank you for your involvement, its awesome to see how many people are looking for a lamb spit. Many of you have parties coming up and that’s why you wanted to win, but we can only have one winner.

The Mega Prize is a Lamb spit for 10 people!!
Menu: 200g lamb, baby potatoes, coleslaw, roast veg & garlic rolls.
How it works: We cook & prepare the lamb spit (de-boned, carved & basted). We deliver to your venue a half hour before the meal in silver chafing trays, and setup like a buffet. The salads come in bowls with dishing up utensils.

Koobs the legend! My partner, founder and lamb spit emperor
Koobs is our front man. Our lead guitarist. He’s the legend that makes things happen. His experience and knowledge in running restaurants, function catering and cooking, puts him right up there with the very best in the business. He’s the real deal, with a gracious care for our clients and the success of their functions. Its admirable to the max. I’m the drummer, working hard in the background to support our front man.
